To date I have had less than 30 replies indicating an interest in attending the breakfast at the Red Neck Bistro on the morning of the track day.

The restaurant requires 50 to 60 guests to make the exceptionally early opening viable, therefore, there will NOT be a breakfast available this year.

My understanding is that the food truck at the track will be open in the morning and will have coffee, breakfast sandwiches etc. available for us. Thanks to all that replied.

Hi Folks:

We are getting very close to the big day and I think most of the final preparations have been completed. Hoorah.

As part of this final preparation, the Red Neck Bistro requires advance notice of the number of guests they are to expect for the buffet breakfast on the morning of May 29. This would be a buffet style breakfast at a cost of $17/person.

Please note that they open early just to accommodate our group on that morning.

I have received some emails from participants indicating that they are interested in attending but not many.

If you are planning to attend, please send me an email as soon as possible so that I can advise the restaurant.

If we do not garner enough participation within the next few days I will advise the restaurant to cancel our request.
