ART 2023 is two weeks away and we hope that you are ready. To help make the day run successfully, we expect that the information available on our website will have been reviewed prior to ART.

Bike Inspection – your bike must be inspected prior to going on track. If you are in the Ottawa area, we except that this will be done PRIOR to 29 May 2023. ART Bike Prep.

Riding Gear – there should be no surprises here, proper riding gear is essential. Review - ART Riding Gear required.

Track Info – please be familiar with ART Track Info.

Arrival Procedures and Schedule – the AM arrival routine can be a bit confusing. We will have club volunteers on site to help. Review - ART Schedule.

Food Options – Other than some small snacks and water bottles we will not be providing lunch this year. The onsite option is a food truck "Paddock Eatery" which will be available for breakfast lunch and sometimes dinner until end of day. Located by Building 3 ( near podium / white tent). In addition, we recommend that you bring personal snacks for the day. It is important to stay nourished and hydrated!

Redneck Bistro Breakfast – we may organize a buffet style breakfast at Redneck Bistro in Calabogie. Before we commit to this, we need to have sufficient participation. Please email Ray ASAP if you would attend this option (if made available) - ray.hemmerling@yahoo.ca. Cost would be $17/person.

Waivers – you will be required to complete two waivers prior to participation in this event (track waiver and our club/insurance waiver). There will be no paper options and therefore must be done online. Links and more information will follow.

Please reach out if you have any questions, we are looking forward to seeing you in Calabogie!
