Club Ride #4 - The Frontenac Frolic
About this event
This route takes in some old favourites as well as roads that will be new to many of us. We begin in Richmond and head west past Smith Falls and Rideau Ferry to Elm Grove and Narrows Lock roads. Then down the lovely Chaffey’s Lock/Opinicon Road, at the end of which we take some twisty backroads north to reach Sharbot Lake for lunch. The afternoon takes us along Crow Lake Road towards Maberly, then through beautiful Lanark to end at the Hummingbird Cafe in Almonte. This will be a relaxed ride, full of curves and forests.
